Future-Proof Your Career
Reserve Your Exam Seat
IMPORTANT: It usually takes 1-2 working days following registration before you can reserve your exam seat – please wait for an email from FDP Institute before proceeding
Registered FDP Candidates have two options to take the FDP Exam:
Option 1: At a Prometric Testing Center: Mon May 4th > Fri May 15th
Through our long-term partnership with Prometric, the FDP Institute is able to offer the FDP Charter exam at over 450 locations globally.
This is the default and recommended option for completing the exam, as the Prometric Test Centers are designed for a seamless exam experience, reducing the logistics you need to complete on exam day.
Option 2: ProProctor© (remote testing): Sat May 16th > Sun May 24th
Online, remote exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctor™ application.
For a remotely proctored exam, you must supply the computer which must have a camera, microphone and an internet connection and be able to install a lightweight app prior to the test event. You will be able to take the exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing the examination process remotely.
For further information on the Prometric exam experience – see About the FDP Exam & Prometric’s exam guide and FAQ.
The FDP Institute cannot guarantee availability of any test center for any given exam. A Candidate’s chosen center may no longer be available when scheduling an examination appointment. Should this be the case, it is solely the Candidate’s responsibility to locate, and arrange for transportation to, an alternate testing center.
Retakes and deferrals are not available for Candidates who are unable to sit for their FDP exam due to late receipt of study materials, failure to secure an exam appointment at either a physical or remote location or lack of availability of a valid visa or passport.
Special Accommodations must be requested for approval prior to reserving your exam seat. Please review the process here.
